CLIVE LENNOX
Clive is the Associates Professor in Leventhal School of Accounting, University of Southern California. He is currently the Editor of Contemparary Accounting Research and the Associate Editor of Journal of Accounting and Economics and Journal of Accounting Research.
He received his PhD degree in Economics from the University of Oxford in 1998. He was the Editor or the Associate Editor of The Accounting Review (2014-2017), International Journal of Auditing (2007-2012), Auditing: A Journal of Practice and Theory (2008-2011), and British Accounting Review (2006-2008).
His research interests are in auditing, disclosure, fraud, bankruptcy, and empirical methods. He has published more than twenty articles in the top-tier accounting journals, including Journal of Accounting and Economics, Journal of Accounting Research, The Accounting Review, Contemporary Accounting Research, and the Review of Accounting Studies. His research and teaching has received numerous prizes including the Notable Contribution to the Auditing Literature Award from the American Accounting Association in 2016.
DIVESH SHARMA
Divesh S. Sharma is a Distinguished Professor of Accounting and Doctoral Program Coordinator in the School of Accountancy at Kennesaw State University in Georgia, USA. He obtained his PhD from Griffith University in Australia and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia. He is also the Editor of of Journal of Accounting and Public Policy and International Journal of Auditing.
He has held positions at Bond and Griffith Universities in Australia, Nanyang Technological University in Singapore, University of Canterbury and Auckland University of Technology in New Zealand, and Florida International University.
Sharma has more than 50 refereed publications appeared in journals such as The Accounting Review, Auditing: A Journal of Practice & Theory, Behavioral Research in Accounting, Journal of Accounting & Public Policy, Journal of Business Finance & Accounting, Accounting & Business Research, Journal of the American Taxation Association, The International Journal of Accounting, International Journal of Auditing, and Accounting & Finance. Professor Sharma has been cited in The Wall Street Journal, The Washington Post, and Los Angeles Times and spoke on National Public Radio. He is a recipient of the Teaching Excellence Award from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia, and has won several outstanding professor and manuscript awards.
